Our Policies
- Ordering:
- To place an order, you can call (212) 268-7766 or fax your order to (212) 268-2892. You can also e-mail your order to sales@jnjspace.com. The minimum quantity is 12 pieces assorted.
- Shipping:
- Orders received before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day by UPS ground. UPS next-day, second-day, and third-day delivery are also available.
- Payment:
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept COD with additional $8.50 per case UPS charge.
- Returns/Exchanges:
- We stand by our products. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, we will be very happy to exchange any items for replacement provided that the original item is returned within 10 days of shipment date. All returns are shipped at the customers' expense.
